Jim’s an expert at scaling ideas and building solid operations, all while maintaining a laser focus on the customer.

Jim approaches CA’s retail ventures with a keen sense of innovation and foresight.  Jim spent 24 years at McDonald’s, most recently leading efforts to modernize the customer experience with conveniences like kiosk ordering, table service and customization.  

He’s passionate about helping others, especially children, and volunteers with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Boy Scouts of America. In addition, his family has hosted six foreign exchange students through American Field Service. Jim loves music, thin crust pizza, and is happiest being outdoors, especially on the beach or in the mountains.

Jim holds a M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, where he completed European Business Studies at Oxford University, UK.  He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
