Chef Judson spices things up as the leader of CA’s culinary innovation, creating delicious dishes for our clients (and for us, his very willing taste testers!)  

A Chicago native and Food Network alum, he is the CEO/Executive Chef of Healthy Infused Cuisine, inventing customized, healthier food choices that still taste great for notable corporate clients and celebrities. Known as the ‘Architect of Flavor®’, Chef Judson’s mission is to design powerhouse flavors sourcing seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients, that change the way people think and feel about healthier foods. A passionate advocate to prevent childhood obesity, Chef Judson maintains a weight loss of more than 160 pounds after battling health issues of his own. 

Chef Judson studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and travels the world to discover indigenous spices and cooking techniques. In 2013, he introduced his signature All Purpose and All Natural CHEF BLEND Hot Sauce.  While constantly innovating for CA’s food and restaurant ventures, Chef Judson is also gearing up for the launch of his first book, The Spice Diet.  He holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the DePaul University’s Graduate School of Business, and serves as an Advisory Board Member of DePaul’s School of Hospitality.
